A New Class of Ferry
Todd Pacific, and a number of major subcontractors, are hard at work building the lead ship
in a new class of 64-auto ferries. Vessel modules are under construction at several sites,
including at Todd.
6/1/09 – Commence cutting steel plate for Todd at Chapel Steel
6/1/09 – Commence module assembly at Everett Shipyard
6/17/09 – Commence assembly of Unit 11 at Todd
7/8/09 – Lay keel at Todd
